Great food and central location Had a wonderful stay in a Japanese family room. the dinners were great value for the money and the Japanese breakfast was plentiful. the hotel is situated within walking distance to a ski lift and some shops. the staff were always friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on places to eat and drink in town.
Small bathroom and uncomfortable futons the attached toilet was a bit small for our liking, but we were able to use the onsen showers which helped. the futons were a bit hard, which made for an uncomfortable two nights stay.

The hotel had a convenient location, with ski lifts just a short walk away. the room was clean and cozy with a traditional vibe. the staff was helpful and accommodating, even providing tips on where to eat and what activities to do. the breakfast was filling and the onsen provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
The dinner was disappointing, with limited options and small portions for the price.

Great amenities and value for money!
We had an amazing romantic escape in a Japanese style room with an attached toilet for a great value. The onsen was perfect and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of skiing. the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging anything we needed. The location was also ideal, being able to walk to the ski lift and shops made it very convenient. We really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby attractions.
That the room was a bit small for our liking, but for the price we paid and all the amenities offered it was understandable. We also saw some other guests with large groups struggling with space, so perhaps the larger rooms could offer a bit more space.

We had a great time staying at this hotel located close to the gondola, bus terminal and ski slopes on the piste. The alpine-themed decor throughout the hotel added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed using the onsen, especially on cold days. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, transportation convenience, location to ski slopes on the piste, and staff friendliness.
